Rugged PC 104 Systems This versatile rugged embedded computer system is designed around a rugged PC/104 single-board computer featuring the Intel Atom Z530 processor with 1.6GHz performance at a low 5 watts power consumption. The Z510 1.1GHz processor is optionally available for lower cost and power. Memory capacity is factory-configurable for either 1GB or 2GB using Diamond’s innovative rugged RSODIMM™ memory modules for resistance to shock and vibration. A full suite of I/O provides flexibility for most applications, while the PC/104 and SUMIT expansion connectors inside the box enable installation of expansion boards for analog, digital, serial, Ethernet, MIL-STD1553, CAN, or other I/O.
